"Great staff! Orders are quickly taken and made correctly. All of that while being friendly and professional. Generally, better prices than a certain mermaid competitor. Good drink selection. I can't review the food as I haven't eaten there, but get drinks nearly every time we go by the place. There is a large selection of flavor syrups for drinks. My wife is a big fan of flavored, iced black tea. Large size, 32 oz., is available for all the cold drinks."

"I go through frequently and have to say the customer service is great, the girls are always so friendly, accommodating and smiling. Kennedy and Ruby are especially great and always get my order right. The food and drinks are awesome too!"

"Coffee was good, but service was painfully slow. When we pulled in, there was only one car ahead of us. It still took nearly 20 minutes just to place the order, and another 8 minutes after that to get our drinks. I get that they brewed a fresh pot, and I appreciate that. But it’s a coffee shop. Fresh coffee should already be ready. By the time we ordered, there were 10 cars behind us. No one was being served at the pickup window when we pulled up. Overall, decent coffee. Nothing special. I’m giving 4 stars because the drink was solid, but the wait was ridiculous considering one car ahead of us. Coffee also priced on the higher side."

"If I could I would give zero stars. After paying and waiting in line for 20 mins left without coffee and money. Only 2 employees and they were not in a hurry to get customers their orders. Taking their time and just talking drinking their own coffee. Worse service ever."
