"Sometimes there is a line in the am. But they are always friendly and get you on your way. Luckily, they are consistent. It’s a great option from the other coffee places near by. I prefer shop local-ish over the larger chains. Breakfast is decent, nothing really exciting or new. Drinks are what I know they do well."

"I honestly don’t even leave reviews, but my experience on November 26th around 5 PM frustrated me so much I feel like I have to. When we asked for extra foam on a hot chocolate — which is literally NOT a weird request at all — the barista looked at us and said “what is that?” with so much attitude. I worked at Aroma Joe’s for 5 years, so I know for a fact extra foam is a normal thing. If she didn’t know what it meant, she clearly needs way better training, not to be rude about it. Then when we asked for a pretzel, she actually rolled her eyes and said, “we don’t have those,” like we were annoying her by even asking. The whole vibe was terrible. She kept slamming the drive-thru window open and closed like she was mad we were even there. We also asked for whipped cream when we ordered the hot chocolate, and when I checked, there wasn’t any on it. So we brought it back and politely asked for whipped cream, and she gave us the dirtiest look, slammed the window again, and added it with so much attitude. I left feeling super frustrated and honestly shocked. This is NOT how Aroma Joe’s customer service is supposed to be. It was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and completely unacceptable. I really hope management addresses this, because customers deserve way better than whatever that was."

"I am originally from NJ but went to college in NH. I was visiting and stopped at this aroma joes to get a long awaited Rush. Upon ordering I came across Brooke who was beyond helpful and sincere. When she gave me my rush of (pomegranate, blackberry and red raspberry) she told me to try it to make sure I liked it, and if not she’d remake me something. She said she didn’t want any customer paying money for something they didn’t enjoy. I’ll be going back to this location when I come to visit again!"
