"I drive 25 minutes to shop here…. Great staff-Louise, Nancy and the tall young man at the meat counter…. Great selections - super steak Florentine and the hot food offerings lately have been great such as their chicken Mexican dishes and occasionally other heated specialties… The tuna salad is excellent with not a lot of mayonnaise …..all in all a great place to shop and the prices are reasonable with no aggravation of parking, etc."

"This is our family's go to market! There is always a great variety of fresh meat, cheese, bread, and much more. Don't go in on an empty stomach or you will end up buying the whole store! Rafaella is always extremely, friendly, helpful, and knowable as well. This location also makes it a point to support local businesses!"

"I recently shopped at McKinnon’s for the first time and subsequently lost my wallet. (It was dropped in the parking lot and eventually returned to me intact two days later.) I was so upset and stressed over this and the staff at McKinnon’s was so helpful and attentive. They actually tried to look at surveillance tapes to help me learn what happened. I cannot thank them enough, especially Patrick and Chris for their time, attention and concern. Everyone I dealt with at this establishment was wonderful. I will never forget their kindnesses. "I like this market enough. It has a little bit of everything available. It’s known for being an excellent butcher shop, but the market itself is pretty decent as well. They have a good deli and prepared food section, a large enough wine selection, tons of local beer options, and a good produce section. And they have organic options around the store. Overall, this is a good option if you’re in the area."
