"I’ve always loved Mr. Wish and have been a loyal customer, but unfortunately, yesterday’s experience left me disappointed and concerned . I ordered a Peach Sunset with chia seeds and jelly. While the drink itself tasted good, I was shocked to find not one, but 6 to 7 pieces, or more of aluminum foil in it. This is extremely concerning, especially considering I paid for this drink and did not expect such a serious oversight. I’m not sure how this could have happened or why.. I’m sharing this not to be out of anger, but about genuine concern about the food safety and customer care of mr wish. I would appreciate a clear explanation or response from the staff or management regarding this situation. Thank you."
