What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"I want there on a Saturday morning around 9:15 AM. It was very busy, majority of customers waiting for their to-go order. We decided to dine-in. The whole place is a Farmhouse like their name says. Very cozy and rustic. I liked their set up but will return when they are less busy so I can enjoy dining in better. The wait area is not large so those doing take out just stand on the hall to wait for their orders. Food is great. We loved our coffees (iced caramel latte and a hot butter pecan latte) and will come back for sure."
"Farmhouse Roasters House in Salem, New Hampshire, is the quintessential small-town coffee shop. With good food, excellent coffee, and a very friendly staff, it's a charming place to relax. The ambiance is always pleasant, with nice music playing in the background, making it a chill and relaxed spot. However, be prepared for a bit of a wait if you visit on a Saturday. It might be a good idea to call ahead if you're ordering for pick-up. Despite this, it's a really cute place with a cozy, small-town atmosphere that's totally worth a visit."
"Great local spot for breakfast- the inside is really cute with plenty of seat yourself options. The decor is adorable. My husband and I are big coffee snobs and we found their cold brew watery but we're super impressed with their sandwiches. The half banana served wity your sandwich is so unique. We'll return to retry coffee again"
"If you are a fan of darker, more bitter coffee (or just need a nice breakfast sandwich and a hot cuppa) please ignore my rating. The three stars is entirely based on my own coffee preferences (light, fruity African coffees). I had a good breakfast sandwich and the staff were all pleasant and helpful. However, their roasts are extremely dark, more Pacific Northwest / Starbucks style. I brought home a few bags of their beans and was disappointed; I felt that they were far darker than advertised and that degraded the quality of my at home cups from my chemex. If a lighter roast comes around, I may give them another shot. I also would come back for breakfast or lunch to try more of their not-coffee options!"
"I had to drop my BFF off for a procedure. I needed to Google best Cafe in Salem, NH, so I could find my morning cappuccino and Farmhouse Roasters had awesome reviews. Hands down one of THE best cappuccinos in a while. Zero bitterness and incredibly smooth. What I love best is no sugar was needed just a fantastic espresso flavor. I need to add I'm a coffee snob. I'm not proud of it. Over time, and watching amazingly impressive baristas who've made it an art, I've been spoiled. I will definitely return here and recommend it to many. Also as a side note, their cappuccino is waaaaay better than Tuscan's. Just so you understand how impressed I am, I purchased their Espresso Blend beans. 🩷"
