I ordered the ham & cheese on croissant, and I was not disappointed. I was surprised when I bit into it and was met with a mouthful of bursting flavor. The arugula is what makes a great difference in this sandwich. Great choice, Colias. I wish you great success here in Bloomfield. I'm replacing Dunkin Donuts & especially Starbucks with Colias Cafe."

Best tasting espresso I’ve ever had and it was SO affordable!! It’s been weeks since I went here (I’m not local) and I haven’t stopped thinking about it! It ruined all other lattes for me! The workers were so polite and friendly, and it’s the perfect place to do homework or just pause for a moment! I got huge Gilmore Girls vibes from the cafe and the little area it’s in.
