"Picked up a bag of the Brazil Bonfire Blend at the NJ coffee festival. Coffee is a dark blend and is quite bitter and less smooth than the many Brazilian beans Ive had roasted with the more traditional methods. Ive tried making it several different ways but its just a very different taste"
