"The fluffy pancakes are light, airy, perfectly cooked, and not overly sweet. The mango refresher is delicous. Its refreshing and not syrupy. It cuts through the richness of the pancakes and resets your palate. Cozy atmosphere and friendly service. Fluffy Fluffy Cafe is now firmly on my list of dessert spots."

"I was very worried this was going to be overly packed on a Saturday at 11am but there zero 0 line and the food came out super fast. I was really impressed how tasty everything was! The pancakes were perfectly sweet, the fruit was fresh, the matcha was well prepared (no chunks or graininess), and the sausage sandwich was utterly delicious. I can’t wait to go back for that sausage breakfast sandwich. Whatever combination of special sauce, cheese, and syrup was on the two flat pancakes that held the sausage and egg honestly made every single bite truly delectable."

"Food was pretty tasty. Staff of girls at the front counter/register were inconsistent and unclear of the process of seating. Feels like they are not properly trained or need retraining. We were a small party and saw a table available, were told that it was 15 to 20 minute wait for a table. Another group of the same size arrived moments after and were seated immediately. When we inquired why we were then told that we had to order before being seated. However other parties had menus given to them after seating after our party had order and were sat. Went for a Christmas promo on their website that had an offer for the All Day menu with two desserts. The woman said it was only for the sandwich which was not listed on the website advertisement. Feels like false advertising. The sandwich was okay, tater tots and salad were tasty and the mango pudding dessert was amazing. The basque cheesecake was pretty thick. Parking was very challenging and limited. Not sure our group would return again based on the lack of customer service from the staff."

"I stopped in to get a quick bite. When I arrived I parked in their plaza lot. I walked in and was greeted and ordered the hot matcha Latte and the Jalapeño Maple Chicken & Pancakes. I really enjoyed the pancakes! It was good with that little punch of heat. All in all a good experience."

"Congrats to the owner(s)! Finally had a chance to try out the Fluffy Pancake in Edison. Not only the spacious environment but quick and wonderful service. I guess all the previous critiques have all been resolved, long line at the door or waiting 20+ long minutes after ordering, all gone in the past. I guess the owners must have worked out all the grand opening mishaps because I got my Signature Pancakes within 10 mins after ordering. Definitely recommend to try. I no longer need to drive out to Princeton for this. Tried the Signature pancake and the Oreo Waffle. They really hit the spot! The only down side, at least for me, is I want to eat more!"
