"0 STARS!! Horrible place! It was a good night out with a group of friends we were standing by the bar. The DJ was playing music and we were dancing there was 6 of us and we were trying to stand in a corner to not be in anyone’s way. The bottle girls kept shoving and pushing us. They always went right thru the middle of our group although we were like I said in a corner. The place was not as packed actually pretty empty. This one girl, Jenn, kept pushing into us and giving us nasty faces when she would run into us. We were dancing when Jenn pushed me so hard into my shoulder and then she turned around to tell me “hey you watch it”. At this point I was bother I told her that she hit me that she should watch where she walks since she’s the one walking around. Then she came back furious. Pointed her finger in my face and said I told you watch it and I told her she should as well kindly and with a smile in my face which must have gotten her angrier. She said she would ask security to kick us out after she hit into me. The girl is absolutely insane and entitled. I’ve never experienced something like this before and I’ve been to places actually lounges in NYC and Miami. She had a horrible attitude and was very disrespectful. Pushing people around just because she’s a bottle girl is not right. There were more bottle girls in there and they would either say excuse me or go thru the side not right through the middle of a group circle dancing. Arrogant and rude is what she is. The manager came over and didn’t even let us speak he said we needed to leave at that second. He called security which I thought was insane because we weren’t even being disrespectful we were just so confused about how this girl Jenn was ending up kicking us out after she hit into all of us multiple times. The manager was rude. Security guy said that he needed to aby by the rules but I saw no fairness in this at all. We were escorted out after she was the one with the problem. Management didn’t do anything. This place is pathetic. Horrible. That girl. JENN, hope someday she can learn some manners and fix her attitude. Rudeness and entitlement won’t get you anywhere. She’s a bottle girl. Rude nasty girl. Security was nasty. And management even worse. The whole place is just horrible. Would never come back!!! BE AWARE!! Horrible service. "I am writing to formally complain about my experience at your establishment on Sunday night. Initially, the atmosphere was chill and I was enjoying my time. However, an employee created a very unpleasant situation. When a table became available, she told me it was reserved for VIP and moved me to another table. During this process, she removed two of my beers, one that was full and another that was three-quarters full. This was frustrating and unfair. Later, I run to get attention, I lightly tapped her shoulder to get her attention. Instead of acknowledging my concern or apologizing, she reacted by saying “you cannot touch me,” without addressing the fact that she had already taken my drinks without consent. I felt disrespected and that my experience as a paying customer was dismissed. Losing drinks that I paid for and then being spoken to in that manner left me with a very negative impression of the service. I am requesting that this matter be addressed seriously and that appropriate steps be taken so other customers do not have a similar experience. I would also appreciate compensation for the drinks that were taken. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your response."

"I like the music and environment but with the bottle service they definitely scammed us and it made me feel really bad so I won't be going back. I wish I had saved the receipt but all I have is the total which was $245 because they had so many fees e.g. mandatory gratuity, a bunch of nonsense acronym "fees" and overall felt like they were taking advantage of us because the price on the menu was like $100 less. The reason we got a table was because there were a lot of single men around the bar area and people in our group wanted to dance without being approached because we had women. Last time I came we stayed by the bar and it was a great time -I had felt safe and the music was great and I didn't feel taken advantage of- but this time I felt terrible from the bottle service situation and won't be going back again. Neither will anyone from our group as it left a bad taste for all of us. Also all the drinks are served in single-use garbage plastic cups."

"Ordered a margaritas patron tasted like water stick to beer. Recent update my friend bought a drink and wanted there own mixed drink because they dis not have wine. She got charged 25 dollars for a small cup containing a pinch of bacardi, Malibu pineapple, with pineapple juice. To avoid a bad review the bartender could have said let me pour you one with bacardi pineapple and a separate cup of malibu. That would have been considerate of the customer but nope they do not. IF YOU DO DECIDE TO GO THERE STICK TO BEER. Not worth going here to buy drinks. I recommend they go to Lobby way better."
