"I recently visited Noches de Colombia in Elizabeth and had a generally great experience. The food was delicious and authentic—we specifically enjoyed the wraps and the Salchipapas (the fries with sliced Nathan-style franks), which were a fun and tasty start to the meal. The portions are quite generous, and the presentation on the silver platters makes for a nice touch. The service was professional, but there are a couple of logistical things to keep in mind: they often add an 18% automatic gratuity to the bill, and you'll want to bring cash if you plan on tipping the valet, otherwise you'll be stuck using their on-site ATM. The only real downside for me was the noise level. It was quite a loud environment with an excessive amount of sounds—from the music to the general crowd bustle—which made it surprisingly difficult to hold a comfortable conversation with my partner. If you’re looking for a quiet, intimate date night, this might be a challenge, though I’ve heard requesting a seat upstairs can help. Aside from the volume, I have no complaints and would definitely go back for the food!"

"All the food we ate was delicious and we will return . We had the empanadas, fish with a mushroom sauce I have never seen that before , red snapper that was fried perfect most places fry them to hard . I had the pineapple with steak , chicken and shrimp the staff was very nice and reassured me that the shrimp would not touch my plate there would be no cross contamination because I’m allergic to shrimp and my spouse wanted my shrimp they were excellent. We sat outside but could hear the band playing ."

"This place is awesome!. I've never had specific Colombian food. The menu there is awesome and is seen on a tablet. There are so many options. We also happen to sit on the upper level where it looked like musicians played. I'm sure that this place gets hot and especially when live music is playing. Next time I'm in. Elizabeth, or in mood for pure Colombian food, I will definitely be coming back (hopefully next time with live music) ! !"

"Let’s start with what’s great: The Service Staff were amazing and very friendly. Nice restaurant setting and ambiance. On the other hand, my grilled pork with pineapples was overly sweet. I was looking for a balance between the meat and the flavours on top of it. I’d probably come again and try something else."
