"There's something wrong with the store. Besides the rotted fruits and vegetables I frequently wound up with there is something wrong with the culture at this shop rite. The last thing that has occurred to me there is the action of an employee I complained ed about. She was in the bakery section with vinyl gloves on scratching her head, neck, wiping her nose, scratching her neck and coughing into her hand. All this with vinyl gloves on which she made no attempt to discard while she waited to serve another customer. I was so disgusted, I went to customer service and asked to speak with a supervisor to recount what I had witnessed. To make a long story short, when I went back to pick up the cake I had ordered and paid for, the invoice nor the cake could be found. It became quite obvious to me that the employee discarded the invoice to my cake order therefore, no cake. She should be terminated. That is the low of the lowest. Nasty store!!"

"The guys that work the order pick up are always on point. I do doordash and they always get the items out before my pick up time. Young tan lady with long dark hair directs me to wherever I need to go (I wish I knew her name, she has been employed for some time) and the man that hustles and shows humility, Mr. Angel!!!. We need young men like that to shape our futures. Thank you!"

"ShopRite Elizabeth is top notch. Every worker is nice and helpful. They go the extra mile if you need help. Their cross section of products are excellent. Prices you can't beat! Enough said..."

"Earlier today, this shop rite threw out $45 from me. I had paid with 2 gift cards. And the rest on my debit card. Order confirmed. Everything set. Now time to pick up. At pickup they say the payment didn't go through. Now they tell me? On the phone for over an hour they said I would have to come in to pay. My original order was canceled. So I told them I need the gift card numbers back since I threw out the cards. They said they won't do anything for me after causing this inconvenience. They said go grab it from the trash. It may be in the bin outside, but I'm not going to dig in the trash and turns out it's not there. So they essentially lost me $45. I know it's the holiday season and busy, but this was no fault of mine. If I had entered the numbers wrong, or had any part in causing this mess, I would just take this as a loss. But I will not be walked on like a doormat. Debating if returning to any shop rite."

"I was being rushed and the cashier began checking me out without my phone # and didn’t ask me to enter it whilst I paid for my order…. I came back to the store that evening to get my discounts and was told I had to bring the whole $434 order back to the store to ring it up again to get the discounts…very upsetting! I would’ve left all the items right there had I brought them back to the store so I’m letting You know and asking for You to fix it!"
