"I had a great experience in this supermarket. When I was visiting New Jersey, I thought I could find Safeways here, but turns out this is the Safeway of the northeast! They got a lot of selections, however sometimes I see them out of stock, like the caramelized onion butter naan that I used to buy but cannot find it anymore. The deals are pretty good however, especially when downloading the app, you can easily navigate to your favorite product and see deals if there is one available. I also had encountered some moving object with cameras and eyes watching us which was something I had never seen in any other supermarket chains in the United States. Turns out it has a name, Marty, and it’s a mascot of Stop & Shops. Cashiers and staff are quite helpful and friendly. Lastly, I was also impressed by the international selections and a large selections of products that are kosher or halal. Overall, it’s a great Stop & Shop location."

"As being from the south, we don’t have this. I stumbled on this store while I was walking around, to learn that it is the Walmart of the north! As per this store, it is across from the train station ( Elizabeth North station) great selection of produce. More amazingly, they have a “quick sale” produce section where you can find great deals on produce that you should cook the same day! See the pics! I included great amount of pics so you can compare prices of where you are coming from ( especially for people who are not from this country or this part of country!!)"
