"12/13/25 Sat night tea and desert. First of I have to say major respect to the owner for promoting a healthy and deeni lifestyle! I loved the fact that they had no music so you can actually talk. ASA posted on the wall! Salah space! Major respect! Food/desert wise I have to say that gulab jamun cake was my fav. Tres Leches and honey comb bread didn't hit I was expecting and made me miss better ones I have had in the past. Hejaz latte was not bad but strangely was not hot enough. Overall the decor and vide is amazing. Looking forward to their full launch and them getting better with constructive feedback .=D 12/20/25 Update. Just got the Adeni chai. Staff was friendly, kind, and accommodating. Adeni chai hit the spot! 1/3/26 Update. Sat night. Got adeni tea pot. Know that it comes with 48 grams of sugar so adjust that accordingly. I would just ask for no sugar and add some brown sugar or an alternative myself later. Dubai chocolate brownie's base was very hard and I needed to ask for a metal spoon to dig through. Major props for them to have free citrus water! Really helped with the sugar/caffeine overload. Consider the mint tea as a lighter option later at night."

"Aesthetic is very nice and they have a very spacious area! As soon as we walked in we felt very welcomed by the staff and they helped with drink recs. We tried the Hejaz latte, vanilla bean latte, and mango lime refresher. The mango lime refresher reminded me of a popsicle lol. Also tried the adeni chai and it was perfect!! Not overly strong like the ones at qahwah house and actually tasted really good. Everyone loved their drinks and all the items are made in-house. The bakery items also looked delicious!! This is definitely one of my new favorite cafes in NJ, can’t wait to see this place grow inshallah 🤩"

"Hejaz café is truly beautiful, you can tell a lot of intention and care went into creating the space. It has a cozy yet sophisticated feel, perfect for enjoying a coffee, catching up with friends, or getting some work done. It’s also very spacious, so you can bring large groups of people without feeling cramped. When we went the first time, we arrived during a rush, the staff still took extra care to check in with us, ask for feedback, and make sure everything we ordered was to our liking. We tried the Hejaz latte, the vanilla bean latte, and the adeni chai. The adeni chai was excellent, perfectly balanced and not overly strong like it can be at other places. The Hejaz latte was creamy and rich, and the brown butter cold foam was unreal. It was a bit sweet for my taste, but something I would still order again with less sweetener. The vanilla bean latte is a great option if you prefer something gentler- smooth, flavorful, and really comforting. The prices were great as well, and I loved the touch of earning reward points noted at the bottom of the receipt. I can’t wait to see this place grow & try new menu items, inshallah!!"

"Hejaz is by far the most stunning and well designed cafe in NJ. Very spacious and absolutely beautiful interior. I have visited them all in NJ and this is my new favorite. I tried the Adeni Chai, Honey Comb Bread, and a Turkey Panini. They were all phenomenal…but the star of the show hands down was the Hejaz Latte. The Hejaz Latte with the brown butter cold foam is the best latte I have ever had. The cold foam is next level. A MUST TRY!!! Glad to have this new cafe in NJ and looking forward to being a frequent customer."
