from Google"What an amazing atmosphere and such great coffee! My first time going was a wonderful experience. I ordered the cinnamon bun latte and cinnamon roll and blueberry muffin and it was all so delicious! Best coffee I’ve had in a very long time. It was a gentle, comfortable, friendly and relaxing environment. Definitely recommend and going back very soon. Thank you for the wonderful visit."
"Great coffee house in Glassboro, NJ. We love the coffee, and it’s a super inviting space with lots of options for comfortable seating and great workspaces. There’s music on the weekend, and the pastries are really good. We haven’t tried a sandwich here yet, but they look really good. This is definitely a 5 star coffee shop. I gave it 4 stars for 2 reasons. 1. They do a good job of keeping things clean. BUT……. there’s a layer of grime on almost every table surface where people sit. The tables are wiped down regularly, but they all need a deep cleaning. It is common to see people use napkins like a placemat as they work to keep from sticking to the counter. 2. The prices are posted on a large wall menu, but they’re wrong. We’ve been coming here for a couple of months, and I think they’ve been wrong the entire time. I don’t mind personally, because I figured it out pretty quickly. But I’ve heard multiple people complain and they don’t do anything to make you aware. Even as people stand staring up at the menu, employees never mention the price change to anyone. Additionally, the prices are pretty steep, which makes things worse. All in all, a really nice coffee shop."
"The almond croissant I ordered was delicious and filling. My husband also enjoyed the chocolate croissant. We both ordered hot cocoa and it was meh. Tasted like watery chocolate instead of rich and creamy. It was busy while we were there and quickly became loud and overwhelming. Still it had a nice coffee shop vibe complete with barista with beret. Would probably come back again."
"I walked down to this coffee shop one morning for breakfast. I wanted the vegetarian breakfast burrito which was not available, so I got the regular one which was delicious and filling. A side of hot sauce would go nicely with it. I also ordered one of the seasonal hot lattes titled 'nuts about you'. It was okay, very sweet, but I probably wouldn't get it again. I will definitely be back to try regular drip coffee. The atmosphere is very inviting and the employees were so kind. It's a great spot to set up a laptop and work, plenty of seating."
"High Grounds Coffee is one of those rare spots that immediately makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. The warm atmosphere, the smell of freshly brewed coffee, and the friendly faces behind the counter all set the tone for an exceptional experience. The service here is immaculate — every barista goes above and beyond to make sure your drink is exactly how you like it. They’re not just taking orders; they’re creating moments. You can tell they genuinely care about the people who walk through their doors. And let’s talk about the almond croissant — absolutely divine. It’s perfectly flaky on the outside, with a soft, buttery almond filling that melts in your mouth. Paired with a hot latte or cold brew, it’s easily the highlight of any morning. You can taste the quality and love baked into every bite. Whether you’re catching up with friends, getting some work done, or just treating yourself, High Grounds Coffee is the place to be. It’s more than a coffee shop — it’s an experience you’ll want to come back to again and again. ☕️✨ Highly recommend!"
