"It’s a small cozy place with very limited seating it’s more of grab and go coffee shop. When I was visiting it was only one person working very tight space for customers I wish it was just a window and everyone waited outside. Overall the coffee was good. The pastry selection was great we had banana bread, carrot cake and croissant everything was outstanding nothing was overpowering. Perfectly sweet and delicious. I wish it was more a grab and go place the wait was a little irritating."

Akanda was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, even suggesting the perfect drink for my taste. Exceptional service like this is rare, and it made my visit truly memorable. If you’re looking for a quiet, charming spot to enjoy great coffee and even better service, this is the place to go. "A very small, cute, coffee shop in Hoboken. The coffee is good and the staff is very friendly. I got an iced latte and liked it, maybe not the best coffee in the area but still pretty good. They have some outdoor seating as well for the warmer months."
