"We have just had a fantastic meal at South Lions. As a family of 4 from the UK staying for a week we have tried out a few places to eat in Hoboken and this was without a doubt the best from every aspect ….. price, taste, quality and service. We arrived about half an hour before they were due to close, but we weren’t rushed and the owner was warm and friendly, recommending different dishes and giving a 15% discount when we paid cash. We ordered a selection of sides and mains and when the food began to arrive we realised we had ordered a LOT! It was all freshly cooked and soooo full of flavour, with very generous portions. Then to our surprise the owner then came over with a dessert on the house! Highly recommended , just a shame we didn’t discover it earlier or we would probably have been back every night!"
