"I had a very disappointing experience at Valley Café. When I went to place my order, there was no greeting or acknowledgment. After the young woman behind the counter finished preparing a smoothie, the first thing she said to me was, “You need to hurry up.” There was no courtesy, no “hello,” no “how may I help you” — just impatience. The customer service was extremely poor, and the interaction left a very negative impression. I found it especially disheartening because the employee was a fellow Muslim woman, and I would have expected a warmer, more respectful exchange. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this establishment, and I do not plan to return."

"The smoothies and customer service is A-1!!! The best smoothies ever💯 I just feel they need to work on CLEANING 🚩 They need a DETAILED CLEANING of the place. The glass at the entrance looks cloudy and stained. That entrance is my first imoression of the place. It has a gloomy vibe. The beef patties are kept in a glass warmer that doesn't look clean..... AT ALL.... The fruit bins don't look clean. The employees are nice but instead of being on the phone on down time, they should be CLEANING. When they make my smoothie I try not to look around but I cant help it. I use to own a cleaning business so I naturally pay attention to detail. I love this place but I am scared to keep going back due to the lack of cleanliness. 😌"
