What People Are Saying
from Google"The best neighbors we could ask for! Their handcrafted drinks are so good, our clients come early before their appointments just to grab a drink and a yummy treat. Their entire staff are so friendly and creative, plus the space is so great to work at after a killer blowout or spray tan! Highly recommend!"
"Food: been here three times and tried cortado, regular latte, and seasonal pumpkin pistachio latte. All are great! Highly recommend the cortado to taste the coffee itself. They roasted their own beans. Haven't tried the pastry but will definitely come back to try it. Service: Staff were super nice. Coffee came really quick. Vibe: I really like the interior design of the place. Bright with a warm color. Different seating areas across the cafe for kids, friends, people who want to work, and a group of people. Weekdays are pretty quiet and chilled."
"Unfortunately, this was my first and last visit to this café. I’m a very busy person and my time is valuable, so on a Sunday morning I decided to stop by, convinced by the beautiful photos and hoping to spend some peaceful time working on my business. Sadly, the experience was far from what I expected. The barista — who acted nothing like a professional — prepared my oat milk matcha lukewarm. I politely asked if it could be made hotter. His attitude immediately became unpleasant; I saw him aggressively toss the milk container aside, and I could clearly sense irritation. Shortly after, I overheard him talking to another employee. I’m not sure if it was about me or the drink, but it didn’t feel good. He remade the matcha, but this time it seemed to be made with whole milk instead of oat milk. At that point it wasn’t even about the attitude anymore — it was about the overall experience. When you go to a café on a Sunday, you expect to enjoy your time. Instead, I got a mediocre drink that wasn’t any better than a basic Starbucks coffee — honestly, even weaker. I ended up leaving the drink behind, because there was simply no reason to finish it. The best I can do is to not return. This place is definitely not worth my time."
"I know they’ve recently opened but we had a disappointing first visit here. Decor and vibe are lovely, but the coffee was rough. The black drip coffee was passable, but unfortunately the hot cappuccino was not. I felt bad for the young barista they had working the front, as she did not seem to know what she was doing or have a lot of confidence. How you pour the milk deeply affects the quality of the drink, and this was your average dump and handover experience. We will give them the benefit of the doubt, try them one more time in a number of weeks, and I will update my review accordingly. With no lack of solid coffee shops in the area, it would be wonderful to see them hire or train their team to do justice to the beans and add a little more care in preparation to elevate above!"
"This almost immediately became my favorite coffee shop in Jersey City and I go an embarrassing amount of times a week, but the coffee is objectively some of the best coffee in downtown JC. I’m vegan so I haven’t tried most of the pastries, but I love that there are always some vegan options available (and they’re good). Super cute spot with niece atmosphere and lovely baristas"
