"CANARD GETS 5 STARS! THEY ARE ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS! The Wifi works, the beverages are good, and the ambiance is fresh and green with woody and home like vibe. Open air and fresh vibes because of the plants. A lot of workspace, chairs, tables, and outlets. Originally my review was "My only issue was that the WIFI has been inoperable for more than 5 days straight. For such an amazing location with a selection, space, and vibe ... the wifi should work." But after visiting again 10 8/14/2025, We noticed a crew making sure the wifi was squared away and it is! Thank you for listening :)"

"The ambiance is fine but probably one of the worst Mocha's I've ever tried. I stay in the building and tried Iced Mocha twice and Hot Mocha once, bad everytime. I told light ice, and they filled the cup with full of ice. The texture is like water, with ligtest Mocha taste."

"I gave this place chance after chance, but all attempts were in vain. Always, absolutely always bitter coffee, very hot, what it shouldn’t be, it doesn’t matter if it’s cappuccino or flat white. It’s impossible to drinks. I think the management should invite a good barista who would show them how to make coffee, than change girls every month who don’t know how to work..."

"It’s a spacious cafe with pretty ambience. The Cinnamon Roll was small and pricey. It is good, but it reminds me exactly of the cinnamon rolls they sell at Morton Williams SuperMarket which is admittedly cheaper. Their pastry selection was lacking for me, but I might have to give their sandwiches a try since that seems more popular."
