"Across from Exchange Place subway station. Feeling cold and hungry after taking photos of the Manhattan skyline, I came in to replenish my energy. Blueberry Muffin: Warm and comforting after reheating, it felt so satisfying to hold in my hands. The cake has a thin, crispy crust on the surface, while the inside is soft, moist, and fluffy; the sweetness was just right and very fragrant. There was a bit of blueberry jam inside, which made it a little sweet. Personally, I think it would be even better if they had a plain muffin! Iced Latte / Whole Milk: Just a simple latte, mainly something to go with a bread."

"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I have been a loyal customer to this location for almost a year now. The previous staff with Martha and a Caucasian girl with blue eyes and awesome tattoos were my favorite. The service has significantly declined. The new manager and the staff are rude and disrespectful to minorites. Not even a simple greeting. On top of thst, my food was given to me almost completely UNCOOKED. I will moving my complaint to higher ups. They need to shut this location down."

"Love Greg’s Coffee Shop, but today i come in , very busy morning so I understand the very long wait time but for me to had ordered a simple hot oatmeal took 35 minutes , on top of that when I received my order I wasn’t even told it was ready , neither was my name called out mentioning it was ready , just saw it standing there on the pick up area. When I was read to eat it , I opened it but was very disappointed in what I saw . Just a complete mess , there was even something green on top of the peanut butter , and wasn’t very appetizing. Maybe the manager that’s there on duty should train their staff better , because I’m paying for something that I want to enjoy and I couldn't even do that, not even an apology. Won’t be coming back to this location ."

"Stopped by this coffee shop while traveling on a freezing, windy day (literally negative temperatures) and it was exactly what I needed for a quick warm-up. I ordered a cappuccino and they were so accommodating with my requests - made it extra hot and added chocolate powder on top without any fuss. The coffee itself was really good and well balanced, smooth and comforting, with no bitter aftertaste. The café was also quiet and cozy, a nice little break from the cold. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a solid cappuccino and a calm spot to reset."
