"I visited this location twice, on Tuesday & Wednesday this week. The pumpkin spice latte I got on Tuesday was tasty and great, on Wednesday our drinks were okay, the Horchata Latte wasn’t as flavorful and our matcha was not good. Nonetheless, I enjoy this cafe because I enjoy the menu and will continue trying out the different specialty drinks. Only thing is that the quality of the drinks should stay consistent throughout all the baristas. I enjoyed the backyard so much."

"I’m just wondering why my rewards was claimed without using it myself! I really love your ice latte guys and I always go to your coffee shop everyday when I’m at work. Ice latte is my favorite to order. I know you guys have rewards/points for your avid customers. I’m supposed to get my free ice latte today using my rewards but the staff told me that I already redeemed my points last Saturday and I told him I paid for it showing him the transaction in my card.. He knows me anyways he is very accomodating. I told him I didn’t used yet my rewards. He knows me because I always there everyday. He said he cannot do about it. Anyway I hope it will not happen again to your other customers. Not a good experience even though I love your coffee. I hope the owner will fix the computer or whatever is the problem at your end."

"Treehouse Coffee is one of the most special spots in Jersey City. Frank and Diana are legendary local business owners who put so much care into everything—from curating the best coffee, snacks and merch in town to designing the space and branding. The staff is incredibly well trained, respectful, and consistently makes a great cup every time. The backyard is beautiful and always improving, and the whole place is welcoming to everyone. It’s been a joy to watch Treehouse thrive—they truly deserve all the support."

"I've lived in this neighborhood since the 80s and this coffee shop is a welcomed addition to it. Perfect little shop with big character. The husband/wife owners, Frank and Diana, are a very chill pair. They seem to remember everyone and of course they make an excellent cup of espresso. Bike/dog/kid/family friendly. A++ Will coffee again."
