"I’ve given this bakery multiple chances, and unfortunately the experience keeps getting worse. The food itself is just okay, nothing memorable, but the service is truly awful. The staff is consistently rude and dismissive, especially a middle-aged, shorter Spanish woman who is often at the front. She’s unfriendly and sets a negative tone the moment you walk in. If customer service isn’t her strength, she really shouldn’t be the first person customers interact with. On one visit, I sat at a table waiting to place my order and no one ever came over. I eventually walked out. On another visit, I was overcharged by $10 for my breakfast order. There was no apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. What makes this even more disappointing is the clear lack of kindness or basic courtesy toward Black customers. Based on my experiences, you’re better off not expecting respectful treatment if you are. Just awful"

"I arrived at Costa’s Bakery at 11:00 AM and left at 11:30 AM without food after an extremely upsetting experience. The cashier spent nearly 10 minutes casually chatting with the customer in front of me before taking orders. When it was finally my turn, I was skipped entirely, and the cashier took the order of a Spanish-speaking man who was behind me in line, even though I was clearly at the register. After waiting patiently again, my order was finally taken. I ordered a turkey, bacon, egg, and cheese and waited about 17 minutes. When food was called out, the same man who ordered after me and had the exact same order was given the sandwich. At that point, I was frustrated, hungry, and felt completely disregarded. I left without food. The entire experience felt discriminatory and extremely unprofessional. No customer should be treated this way"

"I love my Swiss/ Ham / Tomato panini and their coffees..they bakes their own bread 🥖 ☕️ & the pastries are EVERYTHING yumm. Very clean and lovely people! Also PARKING is plenty and you can either pick up or take."

We ordered the same thing (bacon & egg, to go) the two Hispanic people after me that ordered food was given to them under 5mim meanwhile I was sitting there for 15 min. No it wasn’t an order over the phone either they ordered at the counter."
