"This location is truly outstanding! Victoria exemplifies all the qualities a manager desires in an employee: she's kind, patient, engaging, and welcoming. Despite being the only one on shift with the cafe crowded, she maintained an impeccably clean space by constantly cleaning and taking out the trash. While I love all the other locations, this one stands out because the bathroom was exceptionally clean—better maintained than the others. My sister and I often judge a place by its bathroom and door cleanliness, and this location excels in that regard. The baked goods and coffee are top-notch, and the service at every location maintains a high standard."

"So I was super sad when I got to the register and they informed me they were having a problem with their espresso machine and only had cold brew but I gave it a try anyway. I got the medium iced cold brew with caramel syrup and vanilla cold foam and it was actually really GOOD! I will be coming back another time to try a latte. Has street parking and a lot in the back. Good service. Very cute spot with seating available outdoors as well."

"Been to several different locations and all were delicious, extremely clean, friendly staff & great atmosphere. The coffee is the best (along with the fresh squeezed oj-my daily dose of vitamin c!) The french toast latte is my personal favorite but you can never go wrong with the cannoli latte, made with their own in-house cannoli cream-delicious! I would give this place 10 stars if I could."

"Forum is a place I look forward to visiting every single morning after a long early walk with my pup. We both look forward to not only the delicious coffee, but the friendly staff. Everyone on staff is friendly, but to name a few; Emily, Victoria, Mary and Angie are rockstar baristas! They all go above and beyond making a stellar cup of coffee and genuinely try to get to know their customers. I would highly recommend forum coffee in Little Falls!"
