"The rudest employee I’ve ever come across, I believe his name is Amir: not only not saying hello when it’s my turn in the line, but staring at me with the worse look a person can throw you, making me understand through his attitude and look that he’s mad to work there and bothered to make my coffee. Horrible attitude. Absolutely rude. The next time I came, he coped the same attitude with me. Giving the impression he’s dead mad to work there and to serve me: no hello, no goodbye. Staring at me when I approach the counter not saying a word. Almost doing a grimace when I made him repeat the total amount because I did not hear. Disgusted attitude, ZERO customer service, ZERO professionalism. This guy makes clients uncomfortable instead of putting them at their ease. I’ve heard a couple other clients having the same experience than me. This guy should give his job to someone who really wants to do it and will be happy to do it."
