Today, there was finally NO line at all and I received my food very cold. The bread on my chicken bacon ranch grilled cheese was not actually grilled at all. Moreover, it lacked bacon, or really any sort of flavor. This happened to be my only meal for the majority of the day and I felt very sick following it. I'm willing to accept that my experience is not universal, but this was a very disappointing meal."

"Saxbys is newer to Montclair's campus but it is truly amazing when it comes to the quality of their drinks and food! I got the drink Vacay All day, it is so good and i definitely will get it again! The staff at Saxbys are so friendly and they truly care about your experience at the Cafe. Definitely check it out if you can!!"
"This place has potential. But... The wait for food is extensive - you need to plan ahead and order with the app. Today, I ordered a breakfast sandwich and my egg was unexplainably chilled. I told management and they just said, "sorry" - no compensation for a meal fail. Give me a reason to come back - I want to support student efforts. Update: 5 minutes after I posted this, someone came out of the kitchen and made the announcement, "Everybody give us a 5 star review. We're college students trying to make a buck.""
"The staff is courteous, and the food is satisfactory. However, the excessive wait time for a simple order of a bagel and coffee, spanning 40 minutes, is unacceptable. If the wait times could be significantly reduced, I would be delighted to provide a five-star rating."
