The rotating menu features a different biscuit sandwich and pop tart flavor each week. We especially love that they’ve now added a preorder option - no more early morning lines at 8am! Our go-to faves are the bulgogi and sausage katsu (pictured) biscuit sandwiches. Pop tarts are really good too!!"

"A "secret" window restaurant next door to the friendly wood-fire pizzeria, Brick & Dough, featuring a rotating menu of biscuit sandwiches and confectionery poptarts, as well as coffee from local cafe Paper Plane Coffee Co. Located right down the street from the Montclair Farmers Market, The Windough always draws a big crowd and sells out of quick. So far, I've tried a couple of their sandwiches, and the best part has been the biscuits. They really are a level above. All in all, I appreciate the fun ideas that The Windough is playing with, and I'm happy to keep exploring them. I'd love to see them do a lamb bacon biscuit one of these days."

"This past weekend, my partner and I had the pleasure of trying the togarashi sausage biscuit. We arrived at approximately 9:30 a.m., but unfortunately, the ube latte was already sold out. We ordered two oat milk lattes, one stronger than the other, which were both very enjoyable. The lattes were surprisingly delicious even without added sugar. My partner thoroughly enjoyed the togarashi sausage biscuit. She is a biscuit connoisseur and was impressed by its excellent flavor profile, texture, and perfect cooking. I also found the togarashi sausage biscuit to be quite flavorful. The biscuit was cooked to perfection, and the sausage was well-seasoned. However, I would have preferred the sausage to be a bit more crispy and browned to enhance the overall flavor experience. Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend the togarashi sausage biscuit to others. This establishment is designed for quick meals, with limited seating available outdoors. Unfortunately, there are no options for children beyond Pop-Tart, and I am uncertain if any beverages are available."

"Wow! This may be THE PERFECT breakfast sandwich. The biscuit is amazing, crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside with tons of layers. I only tried the bulgogi but the short rib was perfectly tender and the sauce complements it so well. Of course the fried egg makes everything better. Keep being awesome Windough! Hope to try your pop tart next time!"
