One thing that makes this place stand out is how genuinely friendly and welcoming the staff is. Over time, I’ve actually gotten to know some of the people who work here just because of how easy they are to talk to. No one ever has an attitude — it doesn’t matter if you’re a guy or a girl, whether the place is packed with men or women, it always feels comfortable and relaxed inside. The food here is consistently great. They offer a lot of healthy options — wheat wraps, low-calorie meals, salads, chicken, tuna, turkey, you name it. It’s honestly a perfect spot if you’re trying to stay on track with your eating without sacrificing flavor. I won’t lie — the prices might not be for everyone, especially being downtown and with healthier ingredients, but you get what you pay for in quality and freshness. Plus, the good vibes inside make it worth it. And shoutout to Kenny, the owner — he’s one of the nicest people you’ll meet. He leads by example, and it shows in how his employees treat customers. You can tell it’s a well-run place where people actually enjoy working. If you stop by, I definitely recommend the chicken salad, the chicken sandwich, and the turkey wrap — honestly though, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. "i love it here. they are so kind. today when i went to get my lunch i noticed in the fruit cup that they stuffed all the raspberries with blueberries:) so cute. it made my day. they have a massive selection of protein shakes and make fresh smoothies and sandwiches. they have grab and go nuts, cheese, yogurt, fruit, bars. lots of options. perfect for work lunch or post gym food. what really keeps me coming back is the service and friendly staff."
