"I’m sorry but this location makes me not even want to go too Starbucks at all. The girls there especially this morning honestly just looked MISERABLE! They CLEARLY did NOT want to be there this morning and they clearly do NOT like their jobs. This location is literally just THE WORST. I can’t even put into words how rude the girls were in this shop. Especially the girl who wears glasses with long brown hair. I don’t need an attitude from the staff just walking into the door. I cannot STAND this location. Dude if I’m being honest a lot of the Newark locations can’t seem to get their stuff together with their shops. It doesn’t surprise me why I like going to the hospital Starbucks or krogers instead. Worst move coming here to this location. The fact that I also had to ASK to get my $7.00 coffee filled was insane also. This picture is AFTER me asking them to put more milk in my cup. Unprofessional."

"By far the most rude, unfriendly staff of any Starbucks I've ever been too! It was the first time I'd ever been to this location, my granddaughter wanted a cake pop so at 715 am we were there, several people standing around, not one of them smiling, I felt as though we were bothering them, my granddaughter tried to talk to one of them and she just rolled her eyes, c'mon you can't even be kind to a 3 year old? I definitely will not come back here! I should have read the reviews before stopping or I would have known the customer service here is terrible."

"This is without question the worst managed store I’ve been to. Zero customer service. Zero acknowledgement from staff that they even see me. I have been staying at this hotel for a few years now and they have steadily gone down hill at this store. At this rate by December of this year they will be actively throwing rocks at customers to keep us out. Gas station around the corner is a better option"
