"I went to PB in Old Bridge today and had a fantastic experience. I was taking care of promptly and even my chipotle chicken sandwich was warmed to perfection. The coffee was delicious. The place was clean, even the floors…the pastry cases were being cleaned while I sat and ate - it was obviously well managed! I took cakes home too and the reactions from my loved ones said everything - everyone was floored! I will definitely return."

"For the amount of money we spend on coffee and pastries here, the bare minimum should be cleanliness—and unfortunately, this location missed the mark completely. The floors were visibly filthy, and the coffee station was downright atrocious. Sticky, messy, and clearly not being maintained throughout the day. It’s hard to enjoy an expensive pastry or coffee when the surrounding area feels unsanitary. On top of that, when asked how he was doing, the employee who rang us up simply responded that he was “there.” Not exactly a welcoming or positive interaction for customers who came in to enjoy coffee and relax. Paris Baguette presents itself as a premium café, and with premium pricing comes an expectation of cleanliness and customer experience. Sadly, neither was delivered during our visit. I hope management takes this feedback seriously."

"The mixed berry soft cream cake is just incredible, perfect amount of sweetness! The blueberry cake and rainbow cake are also just incredibly well made! I highly recommend this place, if you like premium cakes!"

"I went here for the first time tonight to get some coffee and dessert. Needless to say we were pretty disappointed! The shelves were pretty much empty , and there was barely any selection at all! We ordered two coffees, and we both thought the coffee tasted was TERRIBLE! I ended up getting a cheesecake and three macarons that were pretty good, but not amazing. The tables and chairs were filthy! The people behind the counter were nice, and I asked how come there was barely any selection? She stated they had a busy day. Perhaps we came on a bad day, and I’ll give it another shot. I definitely won’t be getting coffee on my next visit, but I’ll try some more of their desserts."

"Came in today to pick up my dad’s birthday slice and ordered ahead but it didn’t have the exact slice he wanted so we picked something else. When I arrived I noticed the slice he wanted was there and asked if there was any chance to swap it and Chas was so nice and said it was no problem! She then also gave us a birthday chocolate also for the cake😊 she was so friendly and made the experience great! My dad will get a surprise when he sees the one he wanted"
