As soon as we arrived, our table was changed without any proper explanation, and the staff spoke to us in a rude, disrespectful tone. The most unacceptable part was being told that if we are four people, we must order four hookahs — no discussion, no flexibility, no respect for customers. This was communicated in a very unprofessional way, as if we were doing something wrong by simply asking a question. This place clearly prioritizes forcing sales over basic customer service. Hospitality, politeness, and respect were completely missing. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects to be treated decently. Definitely not coming back."
