"Company thinks customers are stupid, You never put the Almonds with Shells in the super mix before, this is this the 1st time, if you like to raise the price go ahead and do it but don't think customers will not know what you are doing. I think your company should go back to the way super mix used to be."

"If I could give 0 I would definitely We drove two hours to this place and spent over $400 on baby chocolate and other items, lozena, nuga, peanut squares ,and honestly every single thing was disgusting. Completely untasty, low quality, and straight-up garbage. We ended up throwing everything in the trash. Total waste of money. On top of that, the service was terrible. The bald guy working there was extremely rude, rushing us the entire time, refusing to let us try anything, and acting like he wanted to argue instead of help. Zero customer service skills and a very hostile attitude. I called the next day , the guy over the phone tried to raise his voice on me , no respect , zero level of communication, below zero service Bad products, bad service, bad people. We went out of our way to come here and completely regret it. Never coming back and definitely not recommending this place to anyone."

"Huge selection of Turkish desserts, nuts and candies! They also carry Mediterranean spices and tea. Very clean place! Staff were not so friendly and initially it didn’t feel much welcoming as mentioned in other reviews! However, the manager gave us some Turkish delight for free which was really sweet! He took the time to put multiple items in boxes in different combinations. But there were items that we didn’t ask for and the ones we asked for were only a few pieces. They should make sure they get the order right as it’s not cheap to get these by pounds and then find out after coming home it’s not what we asked for. They close the box with scotch tape so it’s rude for us to open and cross check as they cut them into pieces. Taking one star off because of the wrong items. Will recommend friends and family to check them out!"
