The tapioca pearls were perfectly chewy and clearly fresh, which made the drink even better. The service was also great... the staff were friendly, quick, and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Overall, Refresh Tea definitely exceeded my expectations. The brown sugar flavor was deep and caramel-like, and the boba was soft, warm, and chewy, exactly how it should be."
