"Paris comes to Princeton. Chez Alice is the perfect place to spend an hour either with your best friend (or even alone). The decoration is full of details and in good taste. Speaking of taste, the cardamon croissant was the one the best I have ever had. The almond paste in the almond croissant was bland and needed a more dominant almond flavor. Coffee was tasty. Will be back again to try the food."

"Wonderful friendly service. The plain and almont croissants were absolutely delicious(not pictured)! The macarons were baked to perfection. While the lemon and tiramisu were delicious, the raspberry was my favorite. The Creme Brulee Cheesecake was to die for!!!! I forgot the name of the other cake, but it was very light, not too sweet, and scrumptious. Lots of cherries, chocolate, and just the right amount of cream inside. Yum!!! I'll be back."

"Cute little bakery with good herbal tea and coffee. Croissant was probably not made the same day. It's chewy instead of crispy on the crust. The center is also chewy instead of soft/buttery. But, it's only my personal opinion. Cakes looks delicious and beautifully decorated. Didn't get to taste it. Next time!"
