"Terrible experience Cheese was sliced in 1/2 inch slab making it un usable for thin slices with cheese plane like it is always served. Their response was Sorry. So I wasted $80. What were they thinking. Will not buy here again."

"Great cheese and specialty shop. The staff are so helpful in picking out items and you can sample anything you aren't sure about. They also have fancy salamis in meats other than pork like elk, venison and bison. The duck prosciutto is amazing as well. Not a cheap place to shop but it's because you're getting really high quality items. Picture is of a burrata making class offered through princeton adult school at the store. My husband and i took both the burrata and mozzerella classes and it is definitely worth it. Fun night out and you get to take home cheese after? Win win"

"This cheese place is so great! I had a tasting appointment which was very educational. I also took one of the classes, and picked up the tasting plate. We got to try many different cheese types while hearing about their history. Love creating cheese boards with their delicious cheese at the center."

All I ask was to cut pieces of cheese and charged me extra for cut and so rude. $24 dollar n change. I should have left without buying but since she put effort to cut. I just paid.😏 Thanks to owner for responding but unsure what they are referring to as I did not ask anything about Rind only if they could cut the cheese into smaller portions. I definitely got the "just buy and get out" vibe from whoever i was transacting with."
