"So happy you guys reopened, a staple of my childhood! Best bagels at the Jersey Shore hands down, and now they offer delicious homemade spreads! I got the mini with Veggie cream cheese and that will be in my weekend rotation from now on. Also the entire place is sparkling clean. I can't believe its the same place. Bravo!!"

"I had a really disappointing experience here. An elderly woman in front of me ordered two breakfast sandwiches and was only given one. When she questioned it, the staff made her dump out the bag to “prove” it was empty, then asked her again what she had ordered. She politely explained she had asked for two BEC sandwiches with ketchup, salt, and pepper. The staff member asked if she still wanted the missing sandwich, and when she asked if the first one had ketchup, the response was, “Do you think I can see through the aluminum?” Completely unnecessary and rude—especially toward a sweet older customer. On top of the poor service, the bagels themselves weren’t good. Definitely not worth the attitude or the quality. I won’t be coming back. This place almost ruined my Sunday morning."

"I was overcharged for my order and it didn’t make sense. I got a bagel with cream cheese, lox, tomato, capers, a white chocolate, and a coffee, and was charged $29. Later, when we recalculated, the total should’ve been $24. They also forgot to put the lox on my bagel. If you visit this location, make sure to double-check the prices and your receipt."

"Not sure why so many people rave about this place.. I’m assuming because they never had a good bagel. I picked up 6 this morning from the Fair Haven farmers market. They were rock hard and stale. Can’t find a good bagel around here to save my life!"
