"Cozy shop with cute decor. Attentive and friendly staff. Donuts were AMAZING! Definitely recommend any of the yeast donuts. They also offer cake donuts as well if you prefer. Reasonably priced considering these were HEFTY."

"One bite of Once Bitten and you’ll be smitten with their donuts. Your foodie dreams become reality. There are so many excellent choices, it really is hard to choose which ones to get. Each donut looks fantastic and tastes even better than they look. These donuts must be experienced, and preferably in the shop, although takeout is an option. When you finally decide which donut to eat and you take that first bite… YUM! You can also pick up some really terrific ice cream. This donut shop doesn’t phone-in the ice cream. They have chosen great flavors that are amazing alone or can pair with your decadent donut. Oh, and they have flavored ice cream cones!!!! This place is fantastic! The shop’s décor is very fun, and it changes often to fit the mood. Once Bitten is worth a trip to Red Bank by itself. If that is your only destination, then it is a successful day. If you are hanging around town (or local), you must place Once Bitten Donuts on your list of shops to stop in."

"I was there on Friday evening 11/28 and purchased half a dozen classic donuts for a friend and myself. The box cost $22.00. Every donut in the box except the Boston Cream was completely stale and void of any flavor and that included the spiced up and lemon. The M&M was stale but the topping made it better by virtue of what it was. I am going to have to list this experience as “The most disappointing box of donuts that I actually paid a ton of money for.” We only tasted a piece of each to see if there was one that was acceptable to split between two people. We chose the Boston cream , but even that was not good and we threw the box in the trash on the sidewalk outside the store. It was too crowded to wait on line to complain in person about it. Pretty horrible."

"We’ve eaten these donuts before and they never disappoint. However, I’m here to shout out this BEAUTIFUL donut tray they made for my daughter’s birthday. The young person who took my order on the phone was thorough and kind, and we came up with a decor idea together. She was there when I arrived to pick them up and was just as excited as I was by how they came out! AND they were the perfect vanilla cake flavor. Absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this mini donut tray for a party!"
