"So nice to have another espresso coffee shop in town. This one has good variety of pastries and food options. I have yet to go back and try all the toasts yet. The lattes are delicious. The chai tea is spicy in the right way and you can get it unsweetened. My only complaint is that I got a breakfast pastry the first time “ to go “ and when I got home and opened the box half of it was ruined because they had put some kind of salad and dressing in there. It was soggy. Also, I cannot eat raw onions or peppers and who wants a salad getting wilty next to warm Items in a box anyway? Please remove that and offer as a side only. Now every time I go I ask to be sure I get without the salad. Update: today I tried the ricotta toast and it was absolutely delicious!"

"I was fortunate enough to participate in Prep Coffee Red Bank’s series of individual Pop Ups today from 9:00am until 2:00pm. The staff behind the Pop Up program and staff behind the coffee bar, were so funny & welcoming; which calmed my nerves of showing my new line of fashion and accessories! The latte, avocado BLT, and cookies were superb! I live in Red Bank, so next time I’m strolling along Broad St, I’ll get my Prep fix and say hi to the team again! :) ~ Jordan of Bloom & Begonia"

"A nice coffee shop on Broad Street in Red Bank. There is a lot of space and is a great place to park yourself and work. The space is bright and comfortable to relax in. They offer a variety of simple eats, baked goods and coffee beverages. They have specials like gingerbread latte. For some holiday cheer The staff is friendly and very helpful."

"I was a regular at their location in Old Bridge, and now I’m thrilled they have a second location in Red Bank. I wish I took photos of the inside but I was so excited to grab my coffee 🤣. It has such a fun vibe. They have some tasty offerings and their iced coffees are off the charts delicious!! The baristas are all super friendly and make it a point to remember their customers names. The owners are incredible people who are all about becoming part of the community. Red Bank is lucky to have them and I’m so happy I can now grab their coffees when I go shopping there. If you are on the fence about trying their coffee- just go! You won’t be disappointed."
