"First time trying the drinks here, did not like what I ordered. The way the drink was prepared I could tell the barista burned the milk. I used to be a barista so I didn’t want a different beverage. I requested a refund instead of a replacement and the owner of the store began getting agitated so I decided to leave instead of getting yelled at. Bad vibes. It would have been nice to be met with kindness since I spent over 7 dollars on a small beverage."
