What People Are Saying
from Google"It’s a beautiful little spot! We had a small hiccup with our order, but the staff was so friendly and quick to make things right. We ordered a matcha vanilla latte, a coffee, an almond croissant(one of the best I’ve ever had in NJ) and a cardamom bun that truly stole my heart. It’s been a week and I’m still thinking about those pastries. We also tried the breakfast platter, and the sourdough on it was honestly the best I’ve ever had. Great service, cozy atmosphere, and absolutely delicious food. Highly recommend!"
"Manzil Café has a really appealing modern interior—clean, stylish, and inviting with a casual setup that's perfect for hanging out or grabbing a quick bite. It's a welcoming space that feels fresh and thoughtfully designed. Plenty of parking available, which is a big plus in the area, and they have clean restrooms on premises. Service was a bit mixed: the person who prepared and served my drinks was very courteous and friendly, which I appreciated. However, the cashier lacked any warmth or smile, making the initial interaction feel a little cold. On the drinks: The hot coffee was unfortunately lukewarm when served—not hot as expected. The Passion Fruit Yuzu Refresher was tasty overall and refreshing, but I couldn't detect any hint of yuzu, which was disappointing since that's a highlighted flavor. The Matcha Latte was a standout—rich, well-made, and delicious. The Iced Chai was just okay—nothing special, but drinkable. Overall, it's a nice casual café with strong potential, especially for matcha lovers. I'd return to try more from their specialty menu, but hope for hotter drinks and a friendlier front-of-house experience next time. Worth a visit if you're in the area."
"12/6/25 Late night desert and tea after dinner. Kashmiri Chai was on point, good option if its later at night and you are trying to avoid high dose of caffeine. London fog cake wasn't that bad with earl grey lavender frosting. Staff was friendly and place was clean. Props for them for keeping it nice and quite and not blasting music. Seems like a good place to get work done and post-Chaska chai/desert. Liked their solid cutlery. Just wish they have healthier options w/o white flour for the burritos, cakes, etc."
"Manzil is by far my favorite cafe I’ve ever been to and it’s not because I live 2 minutes away. I genuinely would drive hours to come here if I needed to. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. The space itself is simply decorated, clean, and most especially calming. They always play the best music, it’s my favorite place to study. The food and drinks never disappoint. No matter what you order, it’s guaranteed to be delicious. I refuse to go anywhere else for coffee. My go-to’s are the coffee einspanner and the hot honey pesto chicken sandwich!!!! I will always recommend this place to my friends! Please stop by and support if you get the chance!"
"First time here, and I’m absolutely in love! This coffee shop completely exceeded my expectations. The cappuccino was perfect — beautifully balanced, not over-roasted, and incredibly delicious. The croissants and buns were fresh and amazing. I truly love coffee, and after moving from New York to New Jersey, it was so hard to find a place with this level of quality. This is now my favorite spot. If you love great coffee, you have to come and try this place. Simply incredible!"
