"I came here for the first time this morning and while I did enjoy the coffee, it was pretty expensive for what it is. $6.98 for a medium of the sweet and salty. Cold foam and caramel were a lot extra, I suppose. I wasn’t told how much when ordering- the girl just said do you want this and that. The line also moved pretty slow even though there seemed to be 15 people working. I will reserve this place for only a once in a while treat."

"I used my free drinks rewards worth buying 20 drinks - and asked for light ice. Both of my drinks were 3/4 full with ice. Reached out to customer service who practically said they can’t do anything for me for wasting my 2 free drinks ! They also charge 3$ for no ice if you were curious - been a fan for a long time since they opened but will no longer be going there due to awful customer service ."

"So I'm having a very hard time wanting to support this business. I was in that plaza, it was 38°there was a young man working a cash register to help people get coffee. There's an entrance to the building in a Drive-Thru. At 7:30 p.m. at night a young adult should not be standing outside in 38° weather so people can get coffee. Put in a Drive-Thru window. People are capable of getting out of their vehicle and walking inside for their overpriced coffee. But the audacity of having a young adult standing in the cold to help patrons purchase overpriced coffee, is absolutely ridiculous. I was excited to get coffee from this place. I will do my best to make sure that nobody buys coffee here. One bad review turns into 5 bad reviews."

"7 Brew has become one of my favorite coffee spots because the service is always fast, friendly, and upbeat with the music and the staff. The employees genuinely seems happy to be there, and it makes the whole experience feel positive every time. Their drinks are consistently good, whether it’s a flavored coffee, or one of their energy drinks. Even when the line looks long, it moves quickly because the staff is well trained to keep up with the fast pace. I always leave in a better mood than I arrived from the drink and the atmosphere!"
