"(Calhoun Street location ) I am only giving a star because I have to… While the food is not bad every time you turn around they have someone new working on the grill called this morning to order my sandwich and all I received on the other end was rudeness. No good morning how can I help you none of that. I proceeded to go to the store and asked the guy why was he so rude on the phone and then an argument ensued because he automatically got on the defense. Then I was threatened by the other worker so for all that my food at home is way better than anything they got going on in the store Pluck Them if you don’t have excellent customer service you don’t have anything your store is worthless."

"Chicken Pastellios are always well prepared and are one of my favorites! I believe they are $1.50 each ( which is a bit pricey but they are worth it) Love the assortment of cooked foods on display. Chicken and rice is always tasty, HOWEVER their prices once again are a bit high for the area and for portion of food you get. Their cut up fruit is around $4-4.50 which is overpriced in my opinion."

"Horrible. I tried to tell the owners wife that the cooks had nasty attitudes and she jumped to their defense instead of hearing me out. I orded fries and they were burnt and I ask for new fries and the cook got mad and said the f word and slammed more fries in the grease. If I'm paying for my food there should not be a problem with me telling the cooks I don't like burnt fries."

"Foods good. Prices are a bit higher than normal corner stores that cook but you cant be mad that thats the price they wanna sell they food at. You decide if you wanna spend your money if its worth it. Overall good customer service. The young lady and older/wiser woman at the registers have respect for their customers. Unlike most corner stores they show no real respect barely even speak but this store shows love. The cute chubby guy n back takes pride in the food he makes for the guest. Thats respectable as well. Would be 5 stars but their hot food needs price tweaking."
