"I reached out to IPB 5 days before my wedding!!!! Heather was able to help me pick out a suitable size cake for my party and was patient with me when choosing flavors. On top of that, they were able to recreate the design I envisioned and arranged delivery so quickly directly to my reception!! I cannot thank you enough for your help, Heather!!! The cake was delicious, visually appealing and the raspberry mouse was a hit!!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. We placed an order online for pick up. The website states they close at 8pm, I rushed from work I got to the bakery at 7:55pm there was a lady at the desk yelling through the glass they were closed I explained it wasn’t 8pm yet she insisted it was I showed her my phone and she said all well. I told her I already placed an order and was just picking up she completely ignored me. As I was walking away her an another lady come to the door she asks what name my order was under I tell her she goes in and comes back and says it wasn’t paid for and she already closed the register there was nothing she could do. The other lady said I should have called I said I did call twice and no one answered and she said “oh I must not of been near the phone” they told me they can close early if they want to. I will absolutely be contacting corporate in the morning and will never use this location again. I work for a big company and we eat here often so they will now miss out on a lot of business because I will for sure tell everyone the way I was treated."

"My husband knows that rainbow cookies were my favorite when we lived in New York, so he wanted to bring me a lot and he found this place on Google Map, and what a disappointment!!! horrible!!!!!! old taste, hard!!!!"

"I placed my pickup order via Doordash. Mind you my previous experience with this establishment was not great. I decided to give them another try. Low and behold this new experience wasn't great either. Sad to say I won't be giving this place my money again."
