"We recently ordered from Timbi and damn, what a meal! We went for the Chapin Bowl plus a half pound of chicharron and some carnitas tacos, and everything was fireeeee!!! The flavors were rich, fresh and spot-on. The chicharron had that perfect pork flavor and crispy with that satisfying crunch you want. The carnitas tacos were tender and flavorful, with just the right amount of cilantro, onion and salsa verde. The Chapin Bowl was generously packed with rice, beans, carne asada, pico de gallo, guac and big ol’ fried jalapeño to top it off. We will absolutely be ordering again soon. I highly recommend this place to anyone craving bold, satisfying Latin flavors."

"The food is very good, but I felt they could have given a couple more pieces of chicharon in my meal. Empanada was very good, and portions in my bowl were plentiful otherwise. I ate half of it for lunch and saved the other half for dinner. I started my new job a few days ago and it's nice to know there is at least one good dining establishment nearby."
