I ordered a Western omelette, which was tasty, though a bit heavy on the onions for my preference. Overall, I’d give the experience a 3 out of 5 for the meal, but everything else service, cleanliness, and ambiance deserves a solid 5 out of 5."

"I don't expect princess treatment at all when I go out to get food, but in my opinion it is basic decency to greet people coming into your cafe. The place was empty when we came in, and the lady behind the counter straight up ignored us. We waited for 5 minutes, while another person appeared behind the counter and they continued to talk in Spanish, still not paying any attention. It just felt rude, so we left."

"First impression walking is that they're understaffed. I went with a party of 5 and after looking at the menu we almost wanted to leave because we knew the wait would be long. We stayed and hoped the food would be worth the wait. They didn't have white chocolate even though it's on their menu, no oranges for orange juice which is also on their menu. I ordered a caramel frappe. It almost looks like a vanilla milkshake. You can't taste any coffee at all. My sister got tapioca on her frappe. She had to separate the tapioca because they were so hard. Wouldn't come back here again."

"I’ve visited this place a couple of times, and unfortunately, I’ve been disappointed each time. The coffee tastes watered down and lacks flavor, while the pre-wrapped cakes are tasteless and excessively oily. The menu definitely needs a revamp. On another visit, I tried the pizza sandwich, and it was terrible. It’s served on what seems like Wonder Bread, which doesn’t work at all. Additionally, the fact that you can’t use debit unless your purchase is over five dollars is inconvenient. On a positive note, the store appears clean, though the back area feels a bit crowded. The washroom was clean, so I’ll give them credit for that!"

"Beautiful clean place, very impressive the way it looks when you're inside. The food is delicious, I live the avocado and egg with vegetable sandwich. Blanca the young lady behind counter very polite and courteous! Located right on bergenline Ave by bus stop, so easy to get to."
