"So apparently when there is "system updates" staff doesn't know how to navigate their own system. That shouldn't be the customer's responsibility nor fault. I have been faithfully ordering from this location in clovis pretty much since open, with no difficulty until this morning. I shouldn't have to coordinate additional time before work because staff doesn't know how to take the order and when the "shift lead" came out, she didnt even let me speak, assumed she knew what I wanted so I drove off. This is absurd and if this is how 7brew treats their loyal customers, then what a poor business."

"I always come here and I love the drinks and everything but the girl who took our order was pretty rude for no reason. Makes me not want to go there again. I rather spend extra at Starbucks if it means the customer service is better."

"Unfortunately today's service was bad the right line moved and the left didn't due to chatting. The car insurance front of us got their complete order and kept talking to the workers high 5 the male worker while we asthma waiting and watching the other far lane (5 cars served!) And when our drink orders were finally taken in our line its standard our card reader is out pay up front.. yesterday they all had new card readers white today broken tablets and no card readers. When we dis finally get up to our drinks their was fighting and a loud confrontation (got to say deserved as employee was taken to task loudly inside)"
