Listen I worked in the service industry so I get it tips are nice to have & if they had just asked I would 100% tip them but they did not. Tell me why she told me my total was $10.51 but my card was charged $16.51. Not okay. If you go make sure you ask for a receipt."

"It was $25 for a tea, a red bull, & 2 bagels. Not worth it. I asked for easy ice. Twice. They gave me a cup full of ice. 2/3 of my “drink”. Ice. One person took my order and another person gave me my order. But there’s also no need to charge someone their drinks and food separate. Would recommend to go to the one on grimes."

"Horrible service. They employ 15 years old and they don't get the orders right and the customers get blamed for it! I wouldn't mind for paying for what i asked for but after charging me and them asking me to pay for something they forgot to charge is not right $0.95 or $10.00 its not right! Plus previously i had talked to the manager when i paid for 2 drinks and the popping pearls were bad. They didn't even apologized they just said pearls were good, basically told me too bad!"
