You roast the coffee beans so lightly to enhance the flavor that after a certain point, the coffee taste starts becoming sour. like green apron or sunsera of a well known brand. I can't say it's bad but I didn't like and be aware of what you will experience. the Expresso from these beans will smell wonderful, next time..."

On Mondays at 10:30 am they do weekly coffee cuppings that are open to the public.
