"The decor of Brooklyn Roasting Company is artsy, cozy and wide-spaced. We were there in the morning to beat the crowd and needed coffee to refresh our day. The staff was reluctant, cool and served us slowly. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. We had 2 iced coffee lattes and the taste was decent and strong. Overall, we love their coffee and the ambiance was great. However, there is room for improvement for customer service."
