"Had Chela for lunch today (it was a company lunch) and it was really good. I got the enchiladas mole poblano with brisket and everything was super flavorful. The mole sauce was rich and had a lot of depth without being too sweet or too heavy. The brisket was tender and paired really well with the sauce. The portion was filling and it definitely tasted like a solid, well-made meal (not just “okay takeout”). Even though it was packed up for lunch, it still held up really well and tasted great. I’d definitely order this again and I want to come back to try more things on the menu."
