from Google & Yelp"Words can’t fully capture how I feel about this café. It’s incredibly cute and cozy, with some of the best coffee and croissants I’ve ever had, and the Mexican toast was unforgettable. What truly made the experience special, though, was the staff. I had the chance to chat more with Anushka, and she is absolutely wonderful, so kind, warm, and genuine. This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in the U.S., and it made my trip to NYC feel truly unique and beautiful.😍♥️"
"A casual coffee spot in the Brooklyn area—nothing particularly unique, but a nice place to grab a quick morning drink. I ordered a regular coffee, which was solid, while my friend tried a dirty chai and really enjoyed it. They also offer a wide variety of baked goods; I went with a macadamia cookie, which was tasty but a bit too sweet for me. The shop has indoor tables if you want to work for a while, as well as outdoor seating for a more relaxed vibe. Overall, a simple, laid-back spot for coffee or light work."
"I wanted to like this place as a neighborhood spot to work from but unfortunately it’s not a good cafe. It’s very tiny and poor lighting. I tried to order multiple food dishes and they didn’t actually have them available. Also the matcha tastes weird. The women were friendly yet I would say opt for other cafes in the neighborhood if you want to spend time sitting there."
"Every time I come to “Coffee with Milk” the staff/baristas are so pleasant, welcoming, and warm. The space reflects them with its woodsy and natural feel, making it very inviting on cold mornings, or a place of rest on a hot day. I specifically come here for the matcha lattes, Chai Lattes, and croissants- and they are delicious every time! Very consistent in their formulas regardless of who is serving me that day. I can’t recommend this spot in Bed-Stuy 🫶🏼☕️"
"The folks who work here are friendly and kind, but sadly, this cafe bites off way more than it can chew. The coffee is not good, but the pastries I’ve tried are! I’ve come to get lunch items multiple times and the quality is sadly really sub-par. Their menu is wider than they can manage, and their staff seems clearly unfamiliar with certain adjustments and ingredients. The menu is also quite misleading, listing things like a salad on it but they don’t have greens. (The attached photo is my “grilled chicken salad” that I asked to have with feta cheese 😂 and yes, the menu didn’t list greens for this! but in what world is this a chicken salad LOL — either mayo based or greens, yall, cmon). Any deli on the block would’ve done a better job than this, and the chicken was deli quality too. I say this with respect but I think they’d be better off focusing on a few lunch items and doing them well, or improving their coffee service and focusing on breakfast basics because they do have a decent sized space and friendly staff. But after repeatedly giving this spot a chance for months, I’ve seen minimal improvement."
"It's such a nice cozy, airy place. The staff was absolutely lovely and helpful and they're making great use of the big window and the tree lined sunny..."
